The Land Rover Discovery is a series of three-row, midsize luxury SUVs sold by Land Rover. The Discovery was introduced in 1989. Both engine choices are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The hybrid option produces the most power, providing an overall output of 355 hp and 369 pound-feet of torque. With the P360 Metropolitan Edition, EPA numbers are 19 mpg combined, 17 mpg city, and 23 mpg highway. It comes with 22-inch diamond turned aluminum wheels and has a towing capacity of 8,200 pounds. Entertainment features include an 11.4-inch touchscreen, 13 meridian speakers, a digital signal processor, and Pivi Pro real-time traffic display.
